Horseradish Rub for Beef, Pork, or Lamb
- In a small mixing bowl combine horseradish, pepper, lemon peel, and lemon juice. Stir melted margarine or butter into horseradish mixture.
- Spoon desired portion of rub into a small bowl. Brush onto meat before grilling. Makes about 1 cup (enough for 4 to 6 pounds meat, 16 servings).

Store unused portion of rub in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Reheat to melt margarine or butter before using.
