Place the flour and 3/4 cup butter In a large bowl. Use a pastry blender to cut the butter into the flour until crumbly. Add the milk and mix with a fork just until moistened. Knead the dough a few times until dough comes together, then roll to 1/2-inch thickness on a floured surface. Cut into 3-inch rounds. Reroll and cut scraps. Place the biscuits on ungreased baking sheets. Generously brush the melted butter on top of the biscuits and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Place leftover biscuits in a resealable freezer bag; seal, label, and freeze for up to 2 months. Wrap frozen biscuits in foil and warm in a 350°F. oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
