Matcha Green Tea Latte
- In a 8- to 10- ounce mug, whisk together matcha powder, sugar, honey, and hot water until matcha is dissolved.
- In a small saucepan heat milk over medium heat until just boiling. Remove from heat and whisk until frothy.
- Using a spoon to hold back the froth, whisk hot milk into the green tea mixture. Top with milk froth and sprinkle with additional matcha powder if desired.
