In small bowl stir together oil, whiskey, mustard, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce, and salt. Pour over fish or seafood. Turn to coat fish or seafood. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours, turning occasionally. Drain fish or seafood, discarding marinade. Grill. Makes enough for 2-1/2 pounds of fish or seafood.
