Try this fish marinade with salmon, halibut, or any of your favorite varieties to make this seafood recipe your own. Serve your grilled fish over rice or polenta (or with crusty bread) to soak up every last drop of the seafood marinade.
In small bowl stir together lemon juice, oil, oregano or tarragon, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over seafood or fish. Turn to coat seafood or fish. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours or up to 3 hours, turning occasionally. Drain seafood or fish, discarding marinade. Grill. Makes enough for 2 pounds of seafood or fish.
