In small bowl stir together pineapple juice, steak sauce, port wine, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, seasoned salt, lemon-pepper seasoning, dry mustard, and pepper. Pour over meat or fish. Turn to coat meat or fish. Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours or up to 8 hours, turning occasionally. Drain meat or fish, reserving marinade. Grill. Brush meat or fish with reserved marinade halfway through grilling. Makes enough for 3 pounds of meat or fish.
