In small bowl gradually stir hot water into peanut butter. (Mixture will stiffen at first.) Stir in chili sauce, soy sauce, oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and ground red pepper. Pour over meat. Turn to coat cmeat. Marinate in refrigerator at least 12 hours or up to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Drain meat, discarding marinade. Grill. Makes enough for 3 pounds meat.
