- In a small bowl stir together mustard, olive oil, wine, garlic, rosemary, basil, oregano, thyme and pepper. Spread 1/2 cup of the mustard mixture evenly over chicken.
- Cover and chill chicken and reserved mustard mixture for 8 to 24 hours. Drain, discarding marinade. Makes about 24 (1 tablespoon servings).
