Chili and Spice Rub
- Combine all ingredients. Makes about 1/4 cup, enough for 3 to 4 pounds pork or beef tenderloin.

Love this rub. Have used it for over ten years since finding it in a Better Homes and Gardens grill magazine. I use it on pork tenderloin and beef tri tip roasts, both cooked on the outdoor grill. Gets rave reviews. Using it to make chili today.
