Repeat brushing, filling, and layering four more times (six sheets total). Brush top with melted butter (do not sprinkle with sugar mixture).

Tips

Place topped mini cheesecakes in a single layer in an airtight container; cover. Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
