Mango-Pineapple Toddy

Directions

  1. In a 3 1/2- or 4-qt. slow cooker combine first seven ingredients (through ginger). Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours or high 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  2. Using a slotted spoon, remove cinnamon and ginger; discard. Stir in rum. If desired, top servings with pineapple and/or lime wedges.
