If you prefer, use 3-ounce paper drink cups rather than freezer-pop molds. Divide the mango mixture evenly among sixteen 3-ounce paper drink cups. Cover each cup with a square of foil. Slit each piece of foil in the center; insert a flat wooden craft stick through slit and into mango mixture. Freeze for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours or until firm. To serve, peel off each paper cup.
