Make-It-Mine Fruit Chutney
- In a 2-qt. saucepan heat butter over medium heat. Add onion, Chile Pepper, and garlic; cook 4 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened and fruit is very soft. Cool. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days. Let stand at room temperature before serving.

2 medium apples, pears, nectarines, or plums, chopped 2 medium peaches, chopped (or 1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened peach slices, chopped) 3 medium apricots, chopped 1 cup pitted dark sweet cherries, chopped
cranberries, cherries, apricots or apples, snipped raisins, golden raisins
agave syrup, maple syrup, or honey
cider vinegar, white balsamic, vinegar, red wine vinegar, or lemon juice
rosemary, basil, thyme, chives, or parsley
