  1. Combine all of the ingredients, whisking until honey is dissolved.

How to Use

To make a simple cocktail, in a cocktail shaker combine 1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) Lower Sugar Sour Mix and 1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) desired spirit. Add ice cubes; cover and shake until very cold. Strain liquid into a cocktail glass or an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.

For a Whiskey Sour, use bourbon and serve with an orange slice and a pitted sweet cherry.

For a Daiquiri, use rum and serve with a lime twist.

For a Brandy Sour, use brandy and serve with a lemon wedge and a pitted sweet cherry.

For a Lemon Drop, use citrus vodka and serve with a lemon twist.

Pisco Sour

In a cocktail shaker combine 1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) Lower Sugar Sour Mix, 1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) pisco, and, if desired, a pasteurized egg white. Cover and shake until mixture doesn't make much noise. Add ice cubes; cover and shake until very cold. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Mojito

In a cocktail shaker combine 1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) Lower Sugar Sour Mix, 1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) rum, and 10 fresh mint leaves. Muddle until leaves are bruised. Add ice cubes; cover and shake until very cold. Strain liquid into an ice-filled cocktail glass. Top with chilled club soda and serve with a mint sprig.

French 75

In a cocktail shaker combine 1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) Lower Sugar Sour Mix and 1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp.) gin. Add ice cubes; cover and shake until very cold. Strain liquid into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and serve with a lemon twist.
