Lavender Syrup
Directions
- In a small saucepan heat water and sugar until just simmering, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and add lavender. Pour into a bowl. Cover and let stand for 2 to 24 hours. Strain and discard lavender. Chill syrup up to 2 weeks. Swirl syrup in iced tea or cocktails.
