In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add kielbasa; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in orzo. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
Stir in broth, the water, and Italian seasoning. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes or until orzo is tender, adding the zucchini for the last 4 minutes of cooking and stirring occasionally.
Stir in green onions and sweet pepper. Season with salt and black pepper.
