Kale Dip

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl stir together the first six ingredients (through lemon juice). Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill up to 3 hours.
  2. Stir before serving. If desired, top dip with fresh dill sprigs. Serve with chips and/or vegetables.
