Directions

  1. In a large serving bowl combine jicama, sweet peppers, onion, and cilantro.
  2. For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, celery seeds, and dry mustard. Shake well to combine. Toss dressing with vegetables. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours before serving.
