Jasmine-Ginger Tea

Take a load off and cool down with this super refreshing mocktail. Jasmine tea adds floral notes while fresh ginger provides a kick.

  • 4 fresh blackberries

  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger

  • ½ teaspoon honey

  • ½ cup brewed jasmine tea, cooled

  • Lemon wedge

  • Sparkling water, chilled

  • Additional blackberries and/or sliced fresh ginger (optional)


  1. In a tall glass muddle blackberries, grated fresh ginger, and honey. Top with tea and squeeze of lemon. Finish with sparking water and, if desired, garnish with additional blackberries and/or sliced ginger.
