Jamaican Sausage and Black Bean Bake

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a 3-qt. rectangular baking dish combine first nine ingredients (through thyme). Bake, covered, 1 hour. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes more or until liquid is absorbed and potatoes and orzo are tender.
  2. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with green onions and cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
