Italian Wild Rice and Farro Soup Mix with Wild Mushrooms
To Make Soup
In a 4- to 5-qt. slow cooker combine one jar soup mix and 8 cups water. Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours or high 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until wild rice and farro are tender. If desired, stir in 2 cups chopped cooked chicken and/or packed fresh baby spinach the last 10 minutes of cooking. Makes 9 cups.
