Italian-Herb Turkey Meatballs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine egg, turkey, Garana Padano, parsley, oregano, panko, ricotta, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, crushed red pepper, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix together with your hands. Shape meat mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Place meatballs in the prepared pan. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees F). Serve with Balsamic BBQ Sauce for Meatballs.

Balsamic BBQ Sauce for Meatballs

Directions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a small saucepan until smooth. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, over medium heat about 20 minutes or until reduced to 1 1/3 cups, stirring occasionally.
