  • For a charcoal or gas grill, grill patties on the rack of a covered grill directly over medium heat 14 to 18 minutes or until patties are done (160°F),** turning once halfway through grilling time. To serve, place patties in pockets or flatbreads; spoon sauce over patties. If desired, garnish with additional chile pepper, cucumber, and/or mint.
