Directions

  1. Drain pineapple slices, reserving juice. Cut pineapple slices in half crosswise. Drain cherries, reserving juice; refrigerate cherry juice until needed. In a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker combine pineapple slices, reserved pineapple juice, drained cherries, pineapple-orange-banana juice, rum, and brandy.
  2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. (Do not boil.)
  3. To serve, ladle rum mixture into mugs. Drizzle each serving with some of the reserved cherry juice and garnish with a lemon slice.
