Hot Dog with Horseradish Mustard and Triple Pickle Relish
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper; set aside
In another small bowl combine dill pickles, cucumber, tomato, onion, sweet relish, and celery salt; set aside.
For a charcoal or gas grill, grill hot dogs, covered, directly over medium heat for 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and grill marks form. Serve in buns spread with horseradish-mustard and topped with hot dogs, relish and pickled peppers.
