By Annie Peterson Published on January 1, 2022 Print Rate It Share Share Tweet Pin Email Photo: Carson Downing Total Time: 25 mins Servings: 8 Yield: 8 sliders Jump to Nutrition Facts Ingredients 1 ½ pound ground chicken or turkey 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese 1 garlic clove, minced 4 slices provolone cheese, cut into quarters ½ cup marinara sauce, warmed 8 ciabatta rolls, split and grilled or toasted Directions In a medium bowl combine chicken, basil, parsley, Parmesan, garlic, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Use your hands to mix evenly. Form into eight patties. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and turn to coat. On a grill or greased grill pan cook patties over medium 5 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (165°F). Top each patty with two pieces of provolone; cover grill and cook 1 minute more or until cheese melts. Transfer sliders to rolls. Top each with 1 Tbsp. marinara sauce, basil leaves, and additional Parmesan. Makes 8 sliders.
