Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet; set aside. Unroll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Using your hands, shape dough into a 12x9-inch rectangle. Brush dough with beaten egg. Sprinkle with herb and garlic powder; sprinkle lightly with salt. Using a floured long knife or pizza cutter, cut dough in half crosswise, making 2 6x9-inch rectangles; cut into 1-inch wide strips.
Place strips on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Serve warm or cooled.
