In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, and honey. Spread bread slices with mayonnaise mixture and top with cheese. Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Top with tomato slices, eggs, and basil. If you like, drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with pepper.
