1 star, boring & bland. Definitely needs salt, plus something else to punch it up. Might even be better without the cream cheese which doesn't add anything but calories & seems to make it more bland. The crunch & raw flavor of the green pepper in the cheese mixture seems off---I'd cook the pepper w/the meat if I made this again, but I won't.
