Ham and Citrus Coleslaw Wrap

Directions

  1. In a small bowl stir together 1/3 cup shredded cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix), 3 tablespoons canned mandarin orange sections, and 1 1/2 tablespoons bottled poppy seed or coleslaw salad dressing. Place 2 ounces reduced-sodium thinly sliced cooked ham on an 8-inch whole wheat low-carb flour tortilla. Spoon coleslaw mixture onto ham near bottom edge; roll up. Serve with 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved, and 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese.
