  • In a small saucepan combine the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted. Drizzle butter mixture over cereal mixture; stir gently to coat.

  • Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread cereal mixture on a large sheet of foil to cool.

Place cooled snack mix in an airtight container and store at room temperature up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
