  • Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact if desired. Rinse shrimp; pat dry with paper towels. On eight long skewers,* alternately thread shrimp, sweet peppers, pineapple, and green onions.

  • For a charcoal or gas grill, grease grill rack. Place kabobs on the rack directly over medium heat. Cover and grill for 6 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are opaque, turning once and brushing with barbecue sauce halfway through grilling.
