Grilled Rosemary Squash

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine squash, olive oil, and the chopped rosemary.
  2. Prepare a charcoal grill with medium-hot coals. Place woody rosemary stems directly on the coals. Add rack to grill. Place squash on grill rack. Grill 10 minutes or until squash is crisp-tender, turning to brown evenly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
