Directions

  1. In a screw-top jar combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cover and set aside. Lightly brush cut sides of lettuce with additional oil.
  2. Grill lettuce, cut sides down and covered, over medium heat 1 to 3 minutes or until grill marks appear and lettuce is slightly wilted.
  3. To serve, shake vinaigrette. Drizzle grilled lettuce with vinaigrette.
