Grilled Fruit Pizza
- Brush naan and cut sides of melons with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill over high heat until grill marks form, about 5 minutes. Let melon cool slightly. Coarsely chop melons.
- In a small bowl combine ricotta, honey, and salt. Divide ricotta mixture between naan and top with melon and prosciutto. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
