Grilled Fruit Pizza


A little sweet, a little savory; this Grilled Fruit Pizza made with melon, prosciutto, and ricotta cheese will cure all of your cravings.



  • 2 pieces plain naan bread

  • 3 1.5 inch thick slices cantaloupe melon

  • 3 1.5 inch thick slices honeydew melon

  • 3 1.5 inch thick slices watermelon

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 2 tablespoon honey

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 3-4 ounce package thinly sliced prosciutto

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Flaked sea salt

  • Cracked black pepper


  1. Brush naan and cut sides of melons with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill over high heat until grill marks form, about 5 minutes. Let melon cool slightly. Coarsely chop melons.

  2. In a small bowl combine ricotta, honey, and salt. Divide ricotta mixture between naan and top with melon and prosciutto. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
