Grill, covered, on the rack of a charcoal or gas grill directly over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until fruit is softened and lightly charred. Remove and cut into wedges or chunks. In a medium saucepan bring broth to boiling. Stir in couscous and green onions; remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork; set aside. For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine the remaining oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper; cover and shake until combined. In a large bowl combine the fruit, couscous, cilantro, mint, and dressing; toss to coat. Top with pepitas.
