Green Smoothie


This low-calorie yet high-nutrition green smoothie would be the perfect snack to serve with a handful of nuts or a hard boiled egg.

  • 2 cup ice cubes

  • 2 cup V8 V-Fusion Light peach mango juice

  • 1 medium peach, halved and pitted

  • 1 medium banana

  • 2 leaves Swiss chard, ribs removed

  • Mango wedges (optional)


  1. In a blender, combine ice, juice, peach, banana, and Swiss chard. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with mango wedges.
