Grab your juicer and go to town on this healthy mocktail. The savory (and slightly tart) drink gets its vibrant hue thanks to celery, parsley, and granny smith apples.
Using a vegetable juicer, juice celery, parsley, and apples. Add lemon juice. Cover and chill up to 3 days. For each drink, pour 1/2 cup juiced mixture into a tall glass. Add a few dashes of orange bitters, and top with Prosecco. If desired, garnish with celery and/or additional apple.
