Greek-Style Turkey Burgers

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine bread crumbs, egg white, the 1 tablespoon yogurt, the rosemary, oregano, the 1 tablespoon feta cheese, and the pepper. Add turkey; mix well. Shape turkey mixture into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.
  2. For a charcoal grill, grill patties on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 14 to 18 minutes or until no longer pink (165 degrees F), turning once halfway through grilling. (For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place patties on grill rack over heat. Cover; grill as directed.)
  3. If desired, divide greens among four serving plates; top with burgers. Top burgers evenly with Olive-Tomato Salsa, the 1/4 cup feta cheese, and, if desired, additional yogurt. Serve burgers with pita bread.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl stir together tomato, cucumber, olives, rosemary, and oregano. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
