Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan stir together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Stir in tamari, the water, vinegar, ginger, garlic, lemon peel, and, if desired, crushed red pepper.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
