Gluten-Free Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cold water

  • 2 teaspoon gluten-free cornstarch

  • cup creamy peanut butter

  • ¼ cup rice vinegar

  • ¼ cup reduced-sodium tamari or liquid aminos

  • 2 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan whisk the cold water into cornstarch. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more.
