Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, cut up

  • 1 cup soft silken-style tofu (fresh bean curd) (8 ounces)

  • 2 tablespoon honey or agave nectar

  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla

  • Dash ground cinnamon

  • ¼ cup shaved dark chocolate

Directions

  1. In a blender combine bananas, tofu, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Cover and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour or spoon banana mixture into four small bowls. Top with shaved chocolate. Cover loosely and chill for 1 to 4 hours before serving.

Tips

Using high-quality dark chocolate to accent the banana flavor provides an extra dose of antioxidants.
