Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Even if you have picky eaters in your house, they'll ask for seconds of this yummy Brussels sprouts side. And, as an added bonus for you, it only takes 20 minutes to make!

  • 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, halved

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2 tablespoon cider vinegar

  • ¼ cup orange marmalade

  • Salt

  • Black pepper


  1. In a 12-inch skillet cook Brussels sprouts in olive oil and butter until browned and tender, about 10 minutes. Splash with cider vinegar; stir in orange marmalade to glaze. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. If desired, serve with additional vinegar.
