Garlic-Chili Popcorn

Directions

  1. In a stovetop popcorn popper or large heavy saucepan heat chili oil over medium-high heat. Add popcorn; cover. Stir popcorn or shake pan constantly until popcorn has stopped popping.
  2. Transfer popcorn to a large bowl. In a small bowl combine the Parmesan cheese with the garlic powder. Sprinkle cheese mixture over hot popcorn; toss well to coat popcorn. Serve immediately.
