Directions

  1. In an extra-large bowl, combine the 6 cups tomatoes, the 1 cup cucumber, sweet pepper, red onion, the 2 tablespoons cilantro, jalapeno pepper, and garlic. Stir in tomato juice, broth, wine, and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.
