Fruit Platter with Maple-Mascarpone Dip

8 kabobs plus 1 cup dip


  • 2 navel oranges, peeled and sliced

  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 2 apples, cored and sliced

  • 2 pears, cored and sliced

  • 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 cup red and green seedless grapes

  • 3 tablespoon pomegranate seeds (optional)

  • 1 8 ounce carton mascarpone cheese

  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup


  1. Arrange oranges, kiwifruit, pineapple, apples, and pears on a large platter; brush with 2 Tbsp. of lemon juice.

  2. Thread grapes on appetizer skewers, alternating colors. Add skewers to platter. Add pomegranate seeds (if using).

  3. For dip, in a small bowl stir together mascarpone cheese, maple syrup, and remaining 1 Tbsp. lemon juice. Serve dip with fruit.

To Make Ahead

Cover and chill kabobs and dip up to 8 hours before serving.
