  • In a large bowl combine yogurt, juice concentrate, and vanilla. Divide yogurt mixture among eight 5-ounce paper cups. Cover each cup with foil. Cut a slit in the center of each foil cover and insert a wooden craft stick into each pop. Freeze overnight or until firm.

  • To serve, remove foil and tear paper cups away from pops. (If desired, tear away only the sides, leaving the bottoms intact for instant pop stands.)


For sweet, fruity pops, try grape, raspberry, or a fruit juice blend concentrate. For milder pops, or for tart juices like orange or lemonade, make six pops using a 6-ounce can of juice concentrate rather than a 12-ounce can. You can also make two or three different batches using different juices and swirl them together or layer them by freezing after each layer.
