Frozen Coconut Caramel Yogurt Bark

Directions

  1. Line a large baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. In a bowl combine yogurt and hot fudge ice topping.
  2. Spread yogurt on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate, toasted coconut.
  3. Freeze 2 to 4 hours or until firm. To serve, break bark into 12 irregular pieces. Store in freezer. Serve with caramel topping.
