Fried Stuffing Balls
- Shape stufifng into 12 balls using 1/4 cup stuffing for each ball. Set aside.
- Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl. Coat balls with crumbs.
- Fry stuffing balls, 2 to 3 at a time in deep hot fat (350 degrees F) for 2 to 3 minutes or until brown, turning halfway through cooking with a slotted spoon. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining stuffing balls.

If your stuffing is too dry to form into balls, stir in 1 beaten egg to moisten.
