Fire Sauce

Directions

  1. In a clean bottle or jar with a lid combine 1/2 cup boiling water, 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper, 1 teaspoon hot chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt. Cover and shake well. Add 1/2 cup cider vinegar; cover and shake well. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months. (The sauce will get hotter the longer it's held.)

Uses

Use as you would bottled hot pepper sauce, added to scrambled eggs, tacos, stir-fries, chili, or wherever you need a little kick.
